We are aware of a funding delay impacting a subset of merchants today utilizing Citizens bank. Due to a delay in ACH file processing, some deposits were not processed as originally scheduled. The impacted files were successfully processed by 10:00 AM ET, and affected merchants should receive their funding by close of the business day today.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.
