To our Partners and Agents: There may be a delay in auto approvals due to Global IT issues. Our enrollment system is functioning; however, external sources we rely on have been impacted. Our teams are working to push these through manual review as fast as possible.

Monitoring -
Given the global scope of the earlier incident, some entities may experience issues with authorizations. Those would be caused by issues outside of North American Bancard/EPX.
