Identified - We have found a problem with Windows 7 update KB4519976 and Windows 10 update KB4519998. These updates cause a file permissions error when communicating with any host. Micros Res 3700 users on all versions of Windows should NOT install any update until we give them the all-clear. Those that have installed a security update after OCt 8,2019 should uninstall those updates.
